I totally loved seeing it in theaters opening night with 7 friends, and all 7 of them (including our token Aamir fan) also loved it. I think it’s a movie made to be seen in a group, and it just looks dumb watched alone.

I think just Varun holding his own and letting us not get bored during his scenes is a triumph! The comic sequences were just torture, but the Varun-only scenes were entertaining.
