No fair just saying “hot” because it’s Shahrukh! Assuming a baseline level of hotness at all times, is this photo noticably above that baseline?
I say…..NO!!!! And here are my reasons:
- I can’t see his pretty eyes. It can’t be peak hotness without his eyes.
- No dimples! No smile at all, and especially no dimples, that’s not hot
- Weird beard trim. The unnatural smoothness low down on the cheeks is just odd and distracting.
- Hair looks sweaty. I like this cut, it’s clearly a growing out of layers thing and it makes his hair look crazy full. But in order to tame it, he had to put in an odd amount of gel and then comb it and now he just looks sweaty like in Baazigar and it’s gross.
- Not enough clavicle. ALWAYS BE HAVING CLAVICLE!!!!!

I’m gonna assume it’s not actually sweaty, but there must be some proper gel technic so it doesn’t just look like sweat, right?

The hard core crazies are so grateful have a recent pic and tweet, I love all of it. I am in the ‘I love the long hair’ camp and I also love that it is clear that someone has inexpertly chopped at it ’cause it would be even longer. I also love that someone in his house is dying it..Suhana? Gauri? Yes, I miss the dimples and the eyes and the clavical, but its waaaay better than the radio silence we have endured!!
And once again, thank you for giving us something IMPORTANT to think about…..

I don’t know, I feel like this is grading on a curve. Remember when you were a teacher? And there was that really smart kid who could get an A with no effort? I feel like that is Shahrukh in Hotness. He’s just coasting by on his natural gifts, but if we really want what is good for him, we should force him to do his BEST WORK, not just work that makes him best in the class.
Sure it’s been a while, of course any Shahrukh is Hotness, but if he truly applied himself, he could do more than this. Shoot for the Extra Credit, SRK!!!!

I don’t disagree with all your points but my first impression was still hot because the angle accentuates his chin and jaw line and I like this scruffier home SRK, much prefer to the slicked back, formal tux version. The hair, however, is odd.

I will accept this argument. We don’t usually see him from this angle, so it’s a new wonderful aspect of Shahrukh to enjoy, and that is of course Hot.
