Saturday Morning WatchAlong: Bang Bang! Woot Woot! 7:30am Chicago Time!

Happy Saturday! Fair warning, I got like 6 hours of sleep last night, so I’m gonna be a bit punchy. Also, I may be watching this movie without subs. It’s gonna be a FUN watchalong!

Bang Bang! It’s on Hulu, and also einthusan, and also it’s EXCELLENT. Super fun, super dumb, super happy.

At 7:30am Chicago time I will put up an “and PLAY” comment and we will all follow along from there!

  2. So after watching the making of I did show my kids the first car chase scene. I made the 12-year-old stop reading, I told him to put the book down, he had to come watch TV. The six year old replayed Hrithik’s telephone line swing past the buses three times. The kids were thrilled to think that Hrithik had a son, and were oh so curious about his wife (as it wasn’t Kat). When the car knocked over the tomatoes (the first time) I lamented about the poor sellers plight and the 12-year-old assured me he was in a movie so he would get a lot of money. And we were all amazed at how bad the bad guy’s aim was when Kat ran towards them and they failed to hit her with even a single bullet. The 9 year old said he wished she had died because he likes to shock. The 12 year old said none of the explosions were real but we all wanted to be Hrithik walking away from the flames. ANd the whole thing was about 6 minutes long, which is a really long action sequence.
