Emily’s List is an organization dedicated to electing more women to office, any office. They are looking for new energized women to start working towards running for office now. If you know someone you think would be great as an elected official, some sensible and intelligent and caring woman you respect, you can nominate her. And if you have the time and energy and civic duty to run for office yourself, you can just let them know. It’s pretty cool!
