This event is so odd!  I wonder if there was some sort of photo restriction?  After Arpita Khan’s wedding, there were personal instagram posts, official photos, news photos, family photos, basically every minute was documented.  And with this, there’s only like 6 photos released, and none of the important bits.

Rishi Kapoor and Neetu apparently were there, only Rediff is the only source that’s providing photographic proof of it.

And you have to sort of squint and look in the background to even see Farhan here:

But also, if Rishi was there, where was Ranbir?  Or Kareena or Karisma or, for that matter, Shashi!  And if Farhan was there, were were Javed and Shabana?  I wonder if invitations were as restricted as photos?  Which might explain why the party looks kind of lame.  It’s not much fun if you aren’t welcoming to gate crashers.

Plus, look at these photos!  It looks like they made everybody stand in a line for who knows how long, waiting to meet the Royal Couple, making awkward small talk with the random person standing next to them.  Blech!  You know Shahrukh would rather be talking to Farhan or Karan than Aish, and Anil would rather be talking to Rishi, or his daughter, but no!  Apparently, they had to stay in the exact order they were given.

And they have to be all polite and formal and ready to be photographed at all times, but not able to pose for their fun selfies or vamp for the cameras, like they do at every other party.  I mean, look at how Farhan is standing here!  All perfect with his hands clasped, even though he isn’t even really talking to the Prince.
