As December grinds on and everyone has less time and needs more of an escape, Mirzya seems like a good choice.  Very odd, very dreamy, fairly short.  You can have it on in the background in kind of a loop if you like.

Mirzya!  It’s on Netflix, it’s on Hotstar, it’s on Einthusan.  There is no reason you can’t watch it!

And it has an amazing soundtrack and truly gorgeous moments of kind of surreal magic.  And Harshwardhan Kapoor, who is also truly gorgeous.  If only it was more, I don’t know, less bonkers?  But then, I kind of love the bonkers too, the whole melodramatic craziness of it.  Anyway, watch this song, and that will tell you if this is the movie for you or not:
