Did you think I would forget you? I did not! Well, I kind of did, this post was written yesterday and scheduled. But I still wanted to put up some kind of holiday greeting.

Merry Christmas! I hope you are all having a lovely day. I am tucked in at my sister’s opening the traditional ten gabillion presents (our family deeply believes that anything is worth wrapping. Toothbrush, screwdriver, light bulbs you happened to have picked up the night before, all deserve to be wrapped and ribboned and opened with full ceremony).

Last night we made a lovely Christmas decoration, a gingerbread house. Well, gingerbread barn. It was from a kit which gave exact directions, which we veered away from pretty quickly. But I think it turned out beautifully. I am especially proud of my black sheep.
