This is partly an update on my scientific study of “hey, let’s see what happens if I actually bother to take simple supplements instead of dragging around complaining about life!” And partly just a random songs post of things that start with “D”.
Don’t tell my bossy bossy big sister, but since she has been nagging me to take Vitamin D every day, I have been sleeping through the night, working out almost every day, and lost my craving for sugar and other quick energy foods. I’m still down and emotionally fragile and all that, but boy do I feel better! Really, you should all be taking Vitamins! Or at least, all of us who live in the upper half of the Northern hemisphere.
Or if you don’t want to take Vitamin D in pill form, you can always take it in song form.
For instance, would you like some “Dil Dhadakne Do”? Three Ds in one title!
How about “Dil Dil Dil Ha Deewane”?
Of course, there’s also “Don”
And this one, which you can think of as “muscle Definition” “hot DuDe” or just “Dreamum Wakeupum”. Or, of course, other things that might come to mind with the phrase “Vitamin D”.
