This was a surprisingly rich year for those peppy bouncy catchy songs that get stuck in your head. The ones that aren’t quite party songs, or love songs, but somewhere in between.
The song my friends insist on calling the “ba da ba da bum” song, “Ek Thi Ladki” from Pyaar Impossible.
“Uff! Teri Adaa” from Karthik Calling Karthik. Never seen the movie, somehow I can sing this entire song.
“Jab Mile Tu” from I Hate Luv Storys
“Hudd Hudd Dabangg” from Dabangg
“Pam Para” from Jhoothi Hi Sahi
Okay, what is in the wrong order? What am I missing? What really belongs in the “love songs” or “party songs” post?
And question, can any of these Hindi songs compete with this from Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa?

All songs from Pyaar Impossible fit this category I think! But my favorite would be Udi from Guzaarish, I love it! Anbil Avan is lovely too!
