So happy about my bonus prizes! Especially since I am working on cleaning out my shelves and closets and have lots of stuff to give away.
I said I would give away a book, a fan item, and a DVD. But turns out it is going to be more of a mix and match situation!
Right, first, the honors! Top comments and commenters week by week:
Week 1: Alisa/BollywoodNewbie 38
Week 2: Filmikudhi 44
Week 3: Angie 29
Week 4: Angie 36
Week 5: Filmikudhi 35
Week 6: Alisa/BollywoodNewbie 38
Week 7: Alisa/BollywoodNewbie 38
Week 8: Filmikudhi 35
Filmikudhi and Alisa are tied in terms of number of weeks they were on top, but Filmikudhi also had the highest number of comments over all with 44 in week 2 (Juhi Chawla week!). So, she gets to pick first! And then Alisa/BollywoodNewbie. And finally, Angie.
So, what are you picking from? First, books! Because Books are the Best.
King of Bollywood, Anupama Chopra’s excellent biography of Shahrukh Khan, the gold standard for his life story.
Also, Rise of Sivagami, the first novelization of Bahubali, which is actually really terrible. But in an entertaining way.

And finally, Bollywood Themes. A massive beautiful coffee table book with big glossy photos and behind the scene stories of movies of the early 2000s.

Now, on the random fan items level, I just found this poster in my drawer for a classic Punjabi movie:

Also, two mini-calendars I made for 2015, with an appropriate photo for every month and all important birthdays marked!

And finally, DVDs! After a quick scan through my shelves, I pulled duplicate copies of Premam, Bangalore Days, Dostana, and Sholay. Also, bonus, a YRF songs DVD with songs from Sultan, Ek Tha Tiger, Befikre, and others.

Okay, let me know what you want! And you can feel free to mix and match, looking at this array of items I can see how one person might really want one thing and not another, but someone else might love the other one. And so on.
But Alisa gets first pick if you are fighting over something!
Congrats, ladies!

I’ll let other folks have a shot at it before I pick more. Sholay is the one I really want.

What a nice surprise! I didn’t think I could win because with work and holidays I commented less. So happy! Can’t wait to choose my prize.

Wow! Just saw this. So excited! I would love the King of Bollywood or the Bollywood Themes coffee table book if possible. They both seem very interesting to read and also will be displayed very prominently in my library!

Done! King of Bollywood really is a Must Read, it gives you all the Shahrukh stories he tells in interviews in one handy place.

I had a little hope nobody choose King of Bollywood, but sending a heavy book to Italy would cost a lot, so it’s better FilmKudhi took it.
I choose Bangalore Days, because I still haven’t seen it.

Today my prize arrived and I’m so happy. Thank you for all the movies and the book. It was a great surprise. I’m not sure if I will be brave enough to watch the Nagarjuna movie, because it seems so sad, like Sanam Teri Kasam sad but even worse.
Thank you again 😀

So glad you got it! The Nagarjuna movie is super sad, it’s true. But it’s also very romantic and stuff, and the heroine has good hair, so I thought it might be for you.
And you can read the book and fall in love with SRK like the rest of us! Join the cult!!!!
