Sid and Varun in love, Alia in high fashion, nothing serious or sad anywhere in sight. And best of all, none of that stupid “realism” that movies try to sneak in. Blech!
A Gentleman
A Margaret Favorite, witty and fun action film, so smart that you have to watch it a couple times to get every joke, and Sid wears a tuxedo.

Alternately, I forgot to mention, SOTY1 is easily available on Prime, A Gentleman is only available weird and probably you need einthusan. So for Chromecast, A Gentleman is more important.

I feel like SOTY1 and A Gentleman both have that weird thing where you have to watch it via ErosNow through Prime. I don’t get it and I don’t want to try to figure it out. But both are available to rent through YouTube Movies.

I like Popka’s idea of SOTY 1 this week and A Gentleman next week. Sid is so yummy in both of those movies, and I could use a dose of yummy on friday afternoons!
Maybe one of the weeks, you might be interested in Bang Bang Friday? It has been atleast a couple months since I have watched that movie and that is just far too long.

These were my top two choices, gah! I’d be okay with either one. And looking at how remote learning is changing for me after spring break, I might be free-er on Fridays than I thought, depending on how long we’re in lockdown.

I have no idea why but for this week SOTY1 for me more appealing, most likely because this song has been stuck in my head for so long. A Gentleman can come another time. The future/present adult portions I can handle even if I don’t like them.
