I remember thinking this is the first movie where I felt like the dialogues between SRK and Rani, Rani and Kajol, and SRK and Kajol all just felt so sincere. I believed in all of them.

Okay, watch for it, Rani and SRK interact a whole bunch, but Kajol and SRK more keep just missing each other. Really subtle difference between requited and unrequited love, Kajol can’t quite grasp the feeling of being loved even in her fantasy, and it is right there for SRK and Rani.
