I’m gonna believe SRK actually slipped and they just left it in.

I think I will try to believe that too.

The first time I watched this movie, at age 19, I thought the little girl was mean. Now I look at her and just see a really really young kid. Compared to my Vast Age.

Did they just translate the Chandani Chowk tongue twister to Peter Piper? Ew.

I don’t think it was like that when I watched it the first time, wherever that was.

I love this scene, he fell in love at first sight not because she was pretty, but because she was so sparkly and dancing and stuff. And now he is even more in love because she is being rude and loud and hitting him. Shahrukh is just so happy with bossy women.

He is captivated by her energy, her sparky personality and her craziness hahaha

We all just assume they hired White Ladies for the party as part of the decorations, right? Like, they are just there to stand around and look good?

I think Karan is going for a vibe of “I have picked a daughter-in-law out for the family and am courting her on behalf of my son”, but it landed on “Amitabh wants to have sex with Rani”

We all agree the poor people party looks way more fun, right? Like, there’s kids there, and food, and chairs.

This is such a beautiful look for Rani though. All the colors on Kajol are gorgeous too, but for some reason I don’t love the outfits as much.

I think it’s meant to show her as from the other side of the tracks so her stuff is less ‘perfect’

I think if your hallucination is so strong, it gets you to accidentally sing a love song to your best friend, you need help, not a love story.

Rani’s hair looks amazing here. My sister pointed out she has really thin hair, and now I notice it al the time. But the layered blow out with subtle highlights is perfect for her,

One of my favorite Bollywood tropes is when songs get faster the last 30 seconds. Love this part.

For newbies, this is a very sexy popular song, so it’s kind of fun seeing this nice old couple sing it. Also, Rani was in the original song video, so it’s a bit of a “world’s colliding” moment.
