So many decisions to make! So I thought I should give y’all extra notice to make up your minds and give suggestions.
We have been having a little accidental Hrithik Fest the past few weeks and after Jodha-Akbar, Bang Bang, and War, there is only one remaining super fun Hrithik film: Mujshe Dosti Karoge.
Hrithik and Rani, amazing dancing, melodramatic romantic plot, and best of all Sexy Psycho Hrithik.
I was all set with that as our likely movie for the week, and then I opened up Netflix and Disco Dancer is available! I cannot over sell this movie. When you picture a 1980s Hindi film titled “Disco Dancer”, that is what it is, but times two.
So, which of these movies do we want? Obviously best option would be a hybrid, a movie called “Disco Dancer” starring Hrithik, but that tragically does not exist.
Next Question! Two weeks ago we did the movie super early on Saturday (like, 7:30am Chicago time) and it worked surprisingly well for all involved. So I am just going to through it out there every week now and let people decide if Friday afternoon 3pm Chicago time, or Saturday morning 7:30am Chicago time is better for you?

I will watch Disco Dancer any day, any time. It always cheers me up. I wouldn’t mind also seeing more Hrithik though because I don’t really know his stuff. Anyway, I don’t know which of the times is easier for me to make.

I already made a date with my friend group to show them all Disco Dancer on Wednesday. It is maybe the most perfectly named movie of all time.
And what I am getting from you is that you will watch either movie, and may be equally unavailable at both times. So that’s a wash both ways. Oh well.

You know me, I love Hrithik and MDK is one of his that I haven’t seen.
If there’s a prevailing wish for Disco Dancer though I don’t mind expanding my mind!
I can’t make Friday but I can definitely make Saturday morning 🙂

I happy no matter what is chosen. I’ve seen MDK and the snark is strong in it, but I haven’t yet seen Disco Dancer, which sounds so fun. Both of the times work for me this week!

Oh man! Looks like I may have to decide all by myself which movie we should watch. I’m doing Disco Dancer with friends tomorrow, maybe that will be kind of a dress rehearsal, if it goes well then we can do it on DCIB. But if it goes poorly, back to happy Hrithik.

Looks like Saturday is definite, but Disco Dancer or Hrithik is still up in the air. I’m excited! I like doing Saturdays!

My schedule has been extremely heavy this week and I’m not at all sure that I would be able to watch a movie until midnight on Saturday, so please make the timing call without me (although I hope you do another Saturday in the future). Since I won’t be there anyway, I hope you guys watch MDK because I’ve seen it already and I really want to watch DD with the crew (at some unspecified point in the future).
