It’s Christian in the original too. It’s more about renting from a Tamilian, meeting and connecting with another Tamilian in the same city, and so on. Let me know if everyone is speaking Punjabi and stuff

Those are some relaxed rules inside a church during a wedding ceremony. To chat like that would get you scolded or thrown out of the ceremony in real life.

In the original (so hard not to say “real”) version, they are talking Tamil. So it’s this little cute thing where they are the only ones who can understand the conversation because they are using a secret language.

Yes, it is! And the Tamil version was her first film role ever. She’s a dancer/choreographer, classically trained, been in the film world forever, but hadn’t had an acting role before.
