In this new instagram post, are these Shahrukh’s real abs?
Definitely his real face and arms. But when he has that much definition, he tends to be skinnier and bonier. So I’m gonna say, yes he has a great body, but maybe some careful photoshopping to give him more definition?

Re: Shah Rukh running his own Twitter. Don’t think so while he has been in Spain. But that Twitter ad song sounded like his singing, and prolly posted by a social media manager. Re:abs…DK. But looking good for 56. And word is he works diligently and consistently with his trainer. Inspired me to tune into Fabulous 50s 10 minute abs. If only I were diligent and consistent 😂

I was just talking to someone about this, if you analyze SRK’s body over time (as I may have done), you can see that he had a good healthy amount of body fat through his 20s and 30s and only started to slim down in his mid-40s. Which, I think, was just following the lead of his metabolism. He started losing body fat and getting bonier and stuff as he aged. And he has always been very active. So combining those two things, I find it totally reasonable for him to have real abs when he works at it for a special occasion, and otherwise just be very healthy and active for his age, and slim down. HOWEVER! In this case he looks different, which makes me think they aren’t his real abs.

He’s 55, 56 right? But he’s also rich, wealthy, and beloved. Problems, I’m sure, but he has the means and mentality to deal with them. That said, the body COULD be his. Why not?
But here’s the thing. I remember seeing a Breakfast to Dinner thing about him on You Tube. He was maybe 40 or 45 then, and he was getting regular massages and physical therapy treatments because, as he himself explained, too many stunts and flying from cranes had destroyed his body. He was in constant pain but owed his fans an authentic performance and wasn’t going to stop.
If he’s been knocking himself around for the last 10 years, I’m guessing the last thing he wants to do is to go to the gym and pump. So I vote for air brush.
Buuuut…on the other hand, he looked fab in Happy New Year.

My theory is, for Happy New Year and stuff, he went on an extreme water fast and pushed himself and then relaxed and got normal again. But this looks more like actually building up muscle mass, and I don’t think he can do that.

So you are with me! It’s not photoshop totally, it’s not his head on someone else’s abs, but it is make-up and highlights. A fine line, but somehow important to me.

There were leaked photos from the shoot in Spain which showed him with a really powerful, almost beefy upper body and abs. Maybe some makeup also there but definitely no photoshop. A very impressive look. HNY level abs but not so frighteningly lean. Almost a bit of the old lovely chubbiness but then completely toned. That being said, it’s super impressive and all, but only hot 🔥because the man underneath it all is so lovely 🥰

He is determined and disciplined enough to have done this but I agree there is probably a little help for the released photo – which is perfectly in order as this is an industry about fantasy and illusion.
He first created the abs for Om Shanti Om, 15 years ago, and even then there was makeup assistance, if not actual digital. I remember footage of him getting gold paint on his nipples ( school girl giggle 😄)

I think his chest is real, he’s got that slightly sagging chest that happens to all middle-aged men, but those abs are pretty fake. It doesn’t even look professionally photoshopped. There are apps where you can just drag and drop fake abs on to your photo, I did it once as a laugh. This look exactly like that.
But to be fair, there were some long-distance paparazzi pics of this shoot on Reddit, and he did look extremely buff overall.
