Happy Thursday! I want to do another watchalong on Saturday or Sunday! You know I love my watchalongs, and last week was soooooooooooo fun.
It’s America’s birthday week! So, as always for birthdays, we should celebrate with a theme movie choice.
I think I come up with the same options every year, but that doesn’t mean they are bad options.

Arguably Peak SRK, great songs, just generally a great movie. And a lovely vision of America.

Ridiculous movie, great songs, gorgeous Aish
Fidaa
Great movie, great heroine, great songs, bad central conflict.

Ugh! I am sorry I’ll have to miss this! Stupid family vacation!
On a separate note, I watched Bholaa based on Genevieve’s recommendation and it was so entertaining. Definitely a movie to show my dad when he comes back in town. Also, I adore how just about all of Ajay’s movies include Tabu! I really adore their friendship!

Since BuzzFeed did a small reaction video of some of their people watching Jeans, I’ve been wanting to take a look at that film again haha! I last watched it at the height of my Ash-fan phase when it came out. I must have been in my teens back then 😄

JEANS!!! Aish fan all the way and the soundtrack is just top notch late 90s Rahman. Sunday works best for me.
