I don’t even know what film would be appropriate! He hasn’t gone Full Masala very often, and Jawan is definitely Full Masala. I suppose other Army films? Which means Veer-Zaara (I hate it) or Jab Tak Hain Jaan (I hate it) or Main Hoon Na (I love it). Or other Young Lady Mentor films, so Chak De India (Love it) or Dear Zindagi (love it).

I like all the movies you listed. Will not be available for watch. I do have a question. As regards Indian films, what does masala mean…and then what does “full masala” as regards Jawan? Thanks for considering.

Masala means a mixture of multiple strong flavors. So a film that has action, romance, comedy, EVERYTHING. For Shahrukh, I think almost all his films have a little bit of everything, but I wouldn’t say Strong Flavors of it all. Does that make sense? There’s a difference between having one love song in an action film, or one action scene in a love story, and a full Masala movie where each element is equal.
Jawan screams “Masala” to me, with the action, the love story, the emotions, all of it turned up to 11.
