30 Days of SRK 26: 26 Vampire Plot Ideas

Let’s get Halloween-y!!!! And yes, I know y’all want/think SRK is a Vampire, so I will do 26 plot ideas for Shahrukh Vampire movies.

Just assume that the second half of all these plots is “and then the one person figures out what he is doing and becomes his friend/lover/kills him”. And that one person is either Anushka or Rajkummar or Juhi or Deepika.

1. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Freedom Fighter who only kills the British until he falls in love with Edwina Mountbatten.

2. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Movie Star who is playing a game of cat and mouse with an ambitious young reporter trying to unravel his past.

3. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Plumber who just wants to live a small happy life but is drawn into an ancient Vampire battle against his will.

4. Shahrukh is a Vampire-Vampire who is chased as a serial killer by a brave cop

5. Shahrukh is a Vampire/doctor who uses his power to save lives without telling his patients what he is doing to them.

6. Shahrukh is a Vampire/doctor who uses his power to become fabulously wealthy by making rich patients seem “younger”.

7. Shahrukh is a Vampire/historian who works with a gang of scrappy young people to solve an ancient curse.

8. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Feminist who seduces oppressed housewives in order to encourage them to reach their full potential.

9. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Professor who has sworn never to drink blood OR sleep with his students, until a lovely older student starts auditing his class.

10. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Father who uses his Vampire powers to follow his teenage daughter on her dates.

11. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Police Officer who uses his vampire powers to find and then kill criminals.

12. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Computer genius who works as a mysterious consultant for companies never leaving his computer room, then falls in love over the phone with his company contact.

13. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Billionaire, a mysterious figure who runs multiple charities and so on, trying to do enough good to make up for all the people he has to murrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrder in order to stay alive.

14. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Architect who specializes in ancient building techniques in modern India, and secretly kills people who build ugly new buildings (Ambanis)

15. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Veterinarian who loves animals and hates people

16. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Succubus who has learned to live on human desire instead of blood until he becomes obsessed with the one woman who doesn’t want him.

17. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Playboy who is forced into an arranged marriage when he runs out of money.

18. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Athlete who has to hide his full abilities to keep playing.

19. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Mughal Era minor royal who lives on the blood of his peasants until the Mughal army comes to free them.

20. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Buddhist Monk who has rejected all desire until he is forced to rejoin the world in order to defend his little village from Portuguese invaders, in the end he loses total control and has to kill himself to protect others.

21. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Philosopher who wants to be human and kidnaps a brilliant doctor to force her to “cure” him.

22. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Tailor who lives off the blood from poking people with pins during fittings.

23. Shahrukh is a Vampire/chef who cooks food he can smell but never eat.

24. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Accountant who just wants to go about his day and not be noticed, resisting his internal vampire sexiness.

25. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Truck Driver who seduces women along his route

26. Shahrukh is a Vampire/Catholic Priest who works as an investigator for the Vatican, and kills pedophile priests as he finds them.

#14 made me laugh out loud.

#21 would work.

Wouldn’t 10 be a fun movie??? Especially if the daughter ends up rescuing him at the end because, like, his Bat Form got caught in a fence.

21, obviously the ending would be the reveal that Love is what makes someone Truly Human so him falling in love with the brilliant female scientist breaks the curse. It would have to be carefully built to avoid Stockholm syndrome type stuff. Like, he is very rude and blunt with her because he just wants her doctor abilities and doesn’t care about the person. And she isn’t afraid, is actually kind of intrigued by the challenge nad excited to have unlimited resources and time. And then she needs him for a series of experiments, and it ends up getting sort of silly (like, she discovers he is afraid of bees) and they start laughing together, and then just hanging out for fun, and in the end she will succeed and find a way for him to be human, only he gives it up because he needs his Vampire Powers to save her when she falls off a roof or something. And then his sacrifice is rewarded and theirfirst kiss makes him human.

  oooh, I like the thought and intesity of the relationship of #21.
  
  But still, they physical comedy of SRK as a vampire stalking his daughter is what I WANT to see on screen. I also like the idea of a focus on a father/daughter relationship. And it is really hard on parents when children become sexual. I feel like society has too much of a focus on romantic relationships vs. all the other ones in existence.
  
  Don’t get me wrong though, I keep thinking of SRK’s face when he dream almost kisses Madhuri in DTPH, he is a man who excels at the romance.
  
  Challege : how would you include comedy and additional relationships into #21?

    Oh, that would be easy! I would want 21 to be mostly comedy, the All Powerful Sexy Smooth Vampire SRK forced to do a series of ridiculous things as part of the scientists experiments until all dignity is lost. Like, she thinks maybe drowning will help but it has to surprise him, so she builds a huge dunk tank and throws baseballs so that chance will determine when he falls in, he wont’ even know by reading her mind. The scientist isn’t doing this on purpose to be funny, she is very practical and serious about all of it. And then they both have assistance/best friends who are there to laugh at how silly this is, and also tell them “do you think maybe you are falling in love?” And maybe the assistants fall in love too? I’m thinking like the scientists younger flighty half sister who can never hold down a job so she hired her out of pity, and Shahrukh’s errand boy who goes out in the daytime for him and maybe he met him years ago when he broke into the house to steal things. That also serves to show their other side, the errand boy can be all snarky and funny and talking back to Shahrukh so we know he isn’t really a scary guy, and the flighty younger sister can remind our heroine that she once dreamed of romance and she’s not TOO old even now.
    
    For the daughter one, I think just make him a vampire single Dad? He was stalking The Night years ago looking for rats or something we don’t care about to feed on, and he heard a crying baby and found an abandoned infant. And then we can get a funny montage of Shahrukh-the-vampire figuring out how to change diapers and make formula, and then hypnotising the principal to get through the school interview, and so on and so forth, happy happy. Until it comes crashing down when his daughter asks if she could go out with “friends” on Halloween and he realizes it is her first group date. He says “yes”, after asking his Grandma type neighbor for advice, but then starts obsessing as he remembers a 100 years of watching teenagers and how she could be humiliated, insulted, elope, anything could happen! So after saying “yes” to the group date, he gets obsessed and starts following her. And then it ends with her having a really sweet and perfect first kiss, while he is trapped in a church feeling like he is on fire but not crying out so he doesn’t interrupt. She finds and rescues him and then they have a nice moment acknowledging that she is growing up but still loves him, and he is learning to let go.
