I always enjoy these slideshows.  There is such a random collection of people who choose to celebrate Christmas.  Which is nice, because Christmas is awesome, and anyone who feels like it should celebrate it.  And anyone who doesn’t, shouldn’t have to.  And going by the randomness of these, that seems to be the policy followed by the Indian film fraternity.

(well, it’s mandatory for the Kapoors, who always celebrate with the annual Shashi Kapoor Christmas lunch.  Which is also nice, because Shashi hosts it in honor of his late wife Jennifer, so it isn’t just a random holiday for them, it is a mandatory tribute to a beloved aunt/wife/sister-in-law/mother who started the tradition)

So, Aamir Khan celebrated by dressing up like Santa for his little boy Azad and his friends.  The photos are adorable (see above).

All the Kapoors turned out for the annual Christmas brunch at Shammi’s AND Katrina came too, I think for the first time.

Kareena and Saif were there too, which is impressive considering they were throwing a massive party at their place on Christmas Eve.  Not sure how the timing worked for that, since Kareena also went to midnight mass.  Maybe they party started after they got home?  Not what I would do, if I had a family brunch to go to the next day, but then, I’m not a movie star.  Also, notice that Salman is very prominent at their party, hanging out with Saif, which means my hopes for a Salman-Kareena made passionate affair have been dashed.

Oh, and Hrithik Roshan is spending the holidays in Switzerland with his boys!  Which I thoroughly approve of, if you want to do a vacation over the Christmas holidays, go somewhere with snow!  And send me pictures, because I am stuck in Chicago, shockingly snow-less.
