    • I can’t decide! My arm is bruised, and I feel dead tired. But I also had a crazy day yesterday, so I’d be tired anyway. I’ll take a nap after the movie and report after that 🙂

  1. Also, I don’t know the name of the actress who plays Neelu but she played Salman’s love interest in his first movie, Biwi Ho Toh Aisi!

    • I feel like we have unknowingly stumbled upon a whole FilmiKudhi obsession zone I had no idea about! How many times have you watched this movie?????

      • HA! I actually haven’t seen this movie or Biwi Ho To Aisi in a while but for some reason as soon I saw Neelu I was like oh that’s Salman’s first love interest. I am also pretty sure these are the only two movies I have seen her in.

  2. I will keep asking this through out the movie, but as of right now, is anyone attracted to Rishi even a little bit? I know I am not.

    • Speaking for myself, it depends on the man. SRK doing that exact same speech (which he has done many times), would work. Rishi is just creepy.

  3. If Sridevi had said to Rishi “you creeper, please leave me alone”, do we think he would? He’s being soooooooooo creepy, but she’s smiling back and stuff, so I don’t know.

      • Rishi is WAY more physical than SAlman was!!!! Salman never did anything like creeping up super close behind her in a crowd.

        • HA! Yes. And the Salman grabbing Madhuri’s hand and then letting it go was sexy. Rishi grabbing Sridevi was weird. Same with the Sridevi being asked to stay back scene. It is cute in HAHK.

I think in HAHK Salman always bowed down to Madhuri and Madhuri was the one in control, which is why it worked. Here Rishi is the one in control.

    • He’s one of those men who got a second growth spurt or whatever you call it in his mid 20s and then stayed. Like Frank Sinatra. Rishi before age 25 looks totally different to me, and then after 25, he never really changed.

Boys are weird. Let us know when your 12 year old wakes up one morning and suddenly somehow looks more like a teenager than a little boy. It seems like it happens overnight.

    • I think they are pretending not to see it because Rishi is rich and can do whatever he wants and no one cares about Sridevi. CREEPY!!!

  4. she brought all those different clothes because she was coming to a wedding, right? I shouldn’t overthink how a poor girl from a village never repeats an outfit?

  5. Oh man, Sridevi’s western clothes are making me want summer to come!!! Top and skirt is my summer uniform. I don’t look as cute as her, but I’m just as comfortable.

  6. This is weird, her Western clothes don’t look weird to me. Like, that’s actually what my Mom was wearing that year. For once no western fashion lag in an Indian film! I’m impressed with Yashji.

  7. In Rishi’s memoir, he talked about his “jumper” collection and how he was so proud of it and everyone always asked him about it, and then tragically a servant stored them on hangers and they all got ruined. So, like, does he not KNOW they are ugly? Does he think people think he actually wears them for style and not to hide the fat? How much denial was he in?

  8. It’s a good thing Sridevi is Sridevi, because so far her character has been given almost no personality. But I love her anyway. But her dialogue is all “giggle giggle, shy squeak”

  9. Yashji’s camera was really in love with Sridevi in this movie. He’s filming her like she is a natural wonder, like a lake or a mountain, more than anything.
