Rani! She is so earthy and sexy, I want to see her in an explicit sex scene, like “Where’s the Party Tonight” but without the stupid intercutting. And opposite her, maybe Vijay Sethupathi?

Yes! I watched Marple a few years back, but I was just thinking I should rewatch them. They are more romantic and dramatic than Poirot, while still feeling cozy. And the guest stars are AMAZING.

It’s the US Navy Band singing “Swades”!!!! Which they shouldn’t be doing because singing is super contagious and stuff but it looks like it is just a couple of them for a small group of people sitting far away. Excellent choice of song too, because “swades” just means, like “our land”. So it’s translatable to any land or community, not particularly necessarily about India. When the Obamas visited India, Mrs. Obama danced with some kids to “Rang De Basanti”, and that was freaky, because “Rang De Basanti” is hardcore patriotic specifically about India.
You can choice ARK! He has, of course, already done semi-explicit sex scenes, but he should do MORE.

You are right! I read this news this morning and was excited. I like Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, I like romantic movies, I like Rajshri and I think the Deols are good in choosing debut movies (+ it’s also debut of Avnish Barjatya and I don’t think Sooraj would greenlight something bad). I guess Rajveer will be more or less as wooden as his brother Karan, but as long as the story is good, I don’t care.

I did not realize that Avinash was Sooraj’s son. DUH! Oh, now I am excited. I generally like the Rajshri-Barjatya combo. Bold choice for Avinash to debut with the second Deol son.

Oh I didn’t think of it from that perspective, but you’re right it’s a bold move considering Karan’s “talent” and Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas fiasco, but maybe Rajveer is the more talented one?
