Filmikudhi had a baby this week too, but just the one. You had 3 during the past month! I mean, not this month, but December in general. So you get to pick. And also, I’m out of thoughts.
It has to be CHRISTMASSY
But I am open minded as to what that means. Snow in a scene, Jesus reference, babies, something like that. What movie do you want us to watch? And when?

They are so fun. When I had a baby I couldn’t imagine that he would be 13, I couldn’t imagine that 13 would be fun, but it is fun. Social life takes over and I feel like we don’t see him as much (my friends with only children tell me they see their 13 year olds plenty so that is perhaps an aspect of our more hectic lives), but watching him become interested in things like Dungeons & Dragons and creating a crew that is interested with him is awesome. And it so nice to be able to go on a hike and he can keep up / go faster than the adults. And maybe I like him, and all of them all the more because now we can leave them alone for an hour or two at a time!

Oh, I have to tell my friens/housemate that your son is getting in to D&D!!!! There are TWO nights a week set aside on the household calendar (every Monday and Tuesday) for the two separate D&D games that my friend is committed to. She will be so excited to learn that 13 year old boys are still learning The Ways of Dungeons or whatever it is.
Also, I do think you were very wise to have boys. I was talking with a friend on Friday who is losing her MIND because her ten year old daughter all of a sudden hates everything about her (her clothes, her food, her existence). And has started bursting into tears at random moments and worrying deeply over what her friends are wearing to school.

In response to the 10 year old girl worrying about her clothes, I have to say that I have a hard time getting my 13 year old to take showers. Truthfully we’re at a shower once or twice a week…

why shower? What could be more pleasant than the scent of a boy going through puberty! Probably keeps the bears and raccoons away from the house too?
