Happy Saturday! I am writing this in my hotel bed while my Mom snores gently next to me. the time change has totally messed us up, in the Real World it isn’t even 6am yet. But on PEI where we are traveling, it is almost 8. So should we still be in bed or not?
Things to talk about!
Canadians are far too welcoming. Turns out, you can’t open a map on a street corner without strangers accosting you and saying, “where are you going? I can help!” It’s disturbing, and I say this as a friendly midwesterner, the friendliest region in America. Thoughts?
I had some of the best Indian food I’ve ever eaten in a small town in Canada, and there were two young men in turbans at the table next to me and I think they asked for the cook at the end of their meal to thank her. And now I want that movie, small tourist town in Canada, fabulous Indian restaurant, some sort of love story, Diljit Dosanjh.
My nephew A continues to prepare for the arrival of nephew B. He has stopped napping and started insisting on cuddles and repetitive read alouds for hours at a time. But I am sure once the baby arrives, he will love it so much, that he will turn into a helpful charming angel child who naps 3 hours a day and never demands cuddles and pottytrains himself.
Did you know that there is a movie in making with Sunny Deol, Dulquer and Pooja Bhatt? I just saw the trailer and I’m bewildered because I never thought those actors can work together. Director: R Balki, producer: Gauri Shinde. I must admit I’m really suprised and interested how it will be.

I was all excited with you said Sunny, Pooja, and Dulqueer but the teaser shattered my excitement. It looks way too dark and mopey for me to be able to sit through it. Once it comes out, if you end up watching it, please let me know if it’s worth watching.

I am so jealous of you, PEI is my dream vacation spot. I have to ask is it as wonderful as LMM makes it out to be?
