Monday Morning Questions: What Do You Want to Ask Me on America’s Indigenous People’s Day?

Happy Monday! It’s nice and chilly in Chicago and I got out my space heater that has a fake fire in it. The heater part isn’t turned on, but the fire image alone is making me feel cozy and warm.

Here is where you get to ask me anything from “What is Indigenous People’s Day?” to “What’s a good cozy movie to watch?” Just keep swinging back here all week as you think of new questions!

Now, question for you! Which is cozier in the fall, a fire or a hot drink?

I think I’m gonna go with Fire! Hot drink is a taste and feel pleasure, but fire is a visual pleasure and I like that more.

  1. I watched Kamali from Nadukkaveri which was nice and inspirational. For some reason, I hated the love story and wished the movie was more like Ohm Shanti Oshanna. Though I will say, I admire the girl for being so tenacious and inspired to barely studying and suddenly breaking the JEE exam just because of a crush.

Honestly, hot drink. When it’s cold outside and you have a nice hot drink; the feeling is just a different sensation. But to be fair, I’ve never had a house with a genuine fire. I’ve mostly grown up in places with central heating or which are tropical. Thus I think this is not a fair answer

    • I grew up with a fireplace, but never had one myself. I have discovered a fake fire image is ALMOST as nice. Even just a video on a TV screen of a fire.
