So we had the big stupid massy fight scene, but in the end it’s back to being about Deepika, and the other women pulling the handle. He has to answer to the women, the two Shahrukh’s are just here to serve their vengeance.

Such a beautiful ending. It makes no logical sense to suddenly see Dips and Daddy in bed together, but it makes emotional sense. This heals what was broken in him, as it heals everyone in the scene.

Atlee said they shot these scenes with SRK and Dips in bed not knowing where they will put them… but it was all used!

They also cut this bit with seeing the money arrive in the theatrical. Which was dumb because Sanjay’s line “factory people have gotten the money” makes no sense without it.

Ah, that is such a great movie!
I know I made fun of it, and there are things to make fun of, but it is just so so good. SRK is just so good. ANd he isn’t in that terrible make up for the whole movie! And it is such a real focus on family love.
