First, sorry sorry sorry, I just realized I missed Angie’s birthday! But I put Genevieve’s on my personal calendar so I would DEFINITELY not miss it!

New year, new possibilities, new promises, new things! Stand up and shake shake shake until all the little messy tendrils from the last year of your life fall away. Then take a deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep breath of new air for this new year and feel it filling you from top to bottom, from your head to your finger tips to your toes. And then use that breath to blow out your candles. And eat cake.

  8. Thank you for all the Birthday wishes. I didn’t turn on a screen for my birthday, and then I worked a bunch and my spouse left town for a conference and I took all the kids out of town for a soccer tournament… So thank you!

    I’m prepping to head to NY for 8 days to help with my little brother’s family. His wife has cancer and is in pain and they have a three month old and a two year old. I have never left my kids for this length of time so I’m a bit nervous. I will be at out of town soccer games the next two weekends in a row (the joys of rural living – lots of SPORTS travelling). But if there was a watch-a-long DURING my NY existence I would love it! That will be the 13-20th. My sister in law might even join. She is a sound editor, she knows so much more about film than me!
