Delhi 6 is on Netflix now, and a bunch of you were just talking about it, so I thought “why not review it?”
Great soundtrack, interesting story, weird flaws. The “weird flaws” make it more interesting to review for me, trying to pick out what works and what doesn’t. But also maybe a more frustrating viewing experience for you, so be warned. On the other hand, AMAZING SOUNDTRACK. Just stick it out for the music if nothing else.
Looking forward to this post! I am indeed frustrated by this film but there’s also a lot to enjoy.

If you want to get really frustrated, you should check out Mirzya, the other Omprakesh Mehra film. So good and so bad simultaneously, shouldn’t be possible.

Yay! I was hoping for a full on discussion of this one.

Rehna Tu is so beautiful, I was aghast that it wasn’t picturised well in the movie. Apparently Rehman was also pretty pissed that none of the songs were picturised and some just served as the background score.

Oh, that might explain why he stopped working with Mehra. Which is fine with me, because I think Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy did amazing work, maybe career best work, on Mirzya.
