Merry 21 days to Christmas! As you may have guessed from my lovely new jewelry displayed in this mornings post, I am going a tad overboard. Or, as I think of it, just the right amount of board. Christmas is a wonderful time! It should take over your life and space and clothes in every way! And Dog.
Two weeks ago I was at Costco and I resisted buying another Christmas tree, and also this nightmare inducing fake flower arrangement (WHAT DID THEY DO TO SANTA AND WHY DID THEY KEEP HIS BOOTS AS TROPHIES???).
But I did not resist buying 3 white light balls that I could put up in my office.
I don’t know if you can see, but on the windowsill underneath them I also have a tiny light up Christmas tree.
Of course I saved the real artistry and beauty of decorating Albie Dog’s work house (my co-workers all helped).
And then there is Albie Dog himself. If I am spending $9.95 on a dog Santa suit, by golly he is wearing it! No matter how pitiful he looks!

I love all the Christmas decorations and Albie’s outfit so much!! Also, I don’t think there is any such thing as “going a tad overboard” about Christmas. It’s the best time of year and everything should be Christmas all the time!

YES! Thank you!!!! Christmas is happiness and joy and wonderfulness, why should we have less than that?
Now I just need to convince Albie Dog to feel the same way and stop trying to chew off his little Santa outfit.

Yes, my office is awesome, it’s true. Although before we got this location, I was in a windowless cell with a one way mirror for a year. That was very depressing.

As I non-Christmas celebrator, I LOVE Christmas decorations, food etc. So I LOVE all the trees everywhere…but as a fan of Albie Dog….I must protest the Santa suit on his behalf..he look chagrined…of course all those presents will make up for it…

Albie Dog also has a doggie Advent calendar (as of today, my sister just sent it to us). So not only does he get presents, he gets a special Advent treat once a day.
