Humpty Sharma! I have said and still believe that it is one of the Hindi film rom-com classics. It’s more than just a “pleasant” film, it gets at truth about gender roles and family and urban versus rural and good stuff like that. Along with building a real true relationship between the leads that is a heck of a lot more than love at first sight.
Oh, and it is easily available. Netflix, Googleplay, youtube, itunes, etc. etc. You have no excuse not to watch it!
So at 2pm Chicago time tomorrow (one hour earlier than usual), open up Humpty on whatever service you prefer and hit play! I will put up a post a little in advance as a placeholder and start the comments at 2, and then we will all comment along and watch together.

I’m now extra grateful for this because I just got the proposed plan for my school reopening in September and it’s starting to stress me out, so this will be a welcome distraction. Looking forward to it.
