Oh wow, I’d never seen the whole version. Sure, the staring and the age difference are off-putting, and Madhuri looks like she has no idea what sex is, but do I still wish Vinod would completely eat my face? The answer is yes. Also love the ice cream bit.
You know what’s weird about the relationship between Vinod and Feroz Khan? Feroz Khan’s tendency to put in some shot where Vinod is shirtless and wet, preferably while being washed. Vinod always look EXTREMELY uncomfortable.

Yes! The full version is completely different! The edited version cuts down the staring, the weird face mashing, and the back clawing. All the more disturbing elements.
I would say I will watch more Feroz/Vinod movies to see if your theory stands, but I know I won’t, so I’m not gonna lie. I will just accept without independent research your conclusion.

I mean, the problem with this song is it has Madhuri and not me, that’s what I think. Aside from that I approve of the kissing bit but the staring does not come across the way it was intended.
I don’t know if the washing was an inside joke or if Feroz had a bizarrely specific kink but there’s something going on there.

Someone I showed this two once described it as “he doesn’t have a porn stache, but he feels like he has a porn stache” which accurately reflects my feeling about the starring.

I was never a fan of Vinodji in general,except for a dad joke meme-Vinod Khanna bane kyun fir rahe ho-whenever some boy tries to look cool by opening the top button of the shirt(it doesn’t look cool.Reminds me of Vinod ji,Anil Kapoor,Akshay Kumar in not a good way).However his collaborations with Gulzar were “lit”,as Gulzar managed to bring out the best of him.

Indian films are making me scared of kisses, especially when they happen in the old. My eyes almost popped out of my face now. I got to the point where I get scared even in Hollywood movies, something like “JESUS, THEY ARE KISSI … wait, it’s Hollywood”.

Yes! The horror and shock when people actually kiss onscreen, because it feels so taboo. Plus the other kind of “scared”, the kisses you do see are so awkward and weird that you don’t want them.
