  1. It is impossible to watch these movies of love gained and lost without thinking of my own life-long relationship, and wondering about the drama or lack there of in our morning discussions about what to do and where to go. Real life is so boring.

  2. Have they not put in handicap accessible window fasteners? Is that what’s happening? Really, life is hard for the differently abled.

    • My father spent much of his life working to improve access and rights for the differently abled. And now that he can’t walk due to age and weight he refuses a cane or wheelchair because his pride doesn’t want him to be differently abled.

  3. We’ve all realized this is the same plot as Jab Tak Hain Jaan, right? Including the stupid misunderstanding breaking them up, and the far better second option? Yashji eventually just ran out of ideas.

  4. I was about to wonder why noone was approaching her at the party, but I guess they know better than to get in their boss’s way

      • I used to happen to be all the time too (when I actually interacted with strangers before the pandemic). What I really like about this interaction is that it is mutual. It isn’t just one person putting their sorrows onto someone who they just met. It feels like two people met and clicked.

        • It is interesting to have a stranger basically yell across six feet about their neighbors and children and the packages they send.

          • Oh geez!!! This is also why I used to HATE first dates. It would end with the other person thinking they had such a great time and could tell me anything, and me feeling exhausted.

          • I can top all of this! Years ago a friend brought a friend of hers to my movie night. The friend I actually knew had to leave early, and her friend ended up just staying and staying and staying UNTIL 5AM!!!! she was going through a messy breakup and stuff, so I guess she just needed to talk. But 5AM!!!! Talking to a stranger! In their apartment! So they can’t go to sleep!!!

          • OH NO!!! That is awful!!! Also, I don’t do late nights so this is especially egregious to me!

  5. Yep, Filmikudhi is right, she is totally flirting. It’s just like SRK with Anushka, there was something there! First Love doesn’t have to be Only Love.

  6. Rishi – you pushed her away by being awful and now just show up couple years later and expect her to drop everything and marry you right away?!?!
