I went store bought this year, I think I did last year too? Pandemic birthday parties are hard to get myself to cook for.
Okay, this label means I have to eat the whole thing tonight, right? If I can’t refrigerate?

Sorry for stupid question, but “Do not refrigerate” means you shouldn’t put it in fridge or in freezer? I mean it’s so strange for me, because here in Italy, when you buy a cake they will tell you to keep it in the fridge (or freezer for mousse cakes) and take it out only when you are going to eat it.

YES! This is not a stupid question, I have the exact same question! I’m used to things saying “do not freeze”, but not “do not refridgerate”. Does that mean I can still freeze it just not refridgerate it? But that doesn’t make any sense! Luckily, it’s pretty chilly in my house right now, so I think I can leave it out on the counter for a few days and it will stay stable.
