Saturday WatchAlong: Single All The Way! On Netflix! 8am Chicago Time

Woot, a nice Christmas movie again! The one time of year when Hollywood stuff is happy and family and romantic, just like we like it.

It’s on Netflix, should be available everywhere in the world, and I have already seen it and am very excited to see it again.

Netflix Lands Gay Holiday Rom-Com 'Single All The Way' - Variety

At 8am Chicago time, I will put up an “and PLAY” comment on this post and we will comment along from there.

        • I’ve been trying to convince spouse to drive across the country this next summer, but for some reason he and most people think it takes a lot of time and isn’t very fun.

  1. Albie Dog has hiccups. I think because he is so upset about Emmett being at a doggie hotel for Christmas. I would NEVER do that to him!!!

    • So every year in precovid times the bilingual classes put on a christmas show. And it always ends up falling on a child’s birthday, and they cry because they have to go. And each class does a dance and by and large they suck. It is an a big auditorium where sound echos and I have a hard time differentiating sound so I hate it. Except the LAST year, there was a teaching intern from Spain who actually was a P.E. teacher, named Marcos, and he helped all the teachers prep kids, and he practiced with the kids, and worked on costumes and sets with the kids, and the show was great. The best show ever! And now it will never happen again, but I’m okay with that.

    • Okay it is super small town that has a snow plow driver musician animal psychic (totally realistic by the way), and packed bar in the middle of the day?! And it allows street parking, but on Christmas Even NO ONE is parked on the street. There are bits and pieces that are like small town life, but well, where do the people drinking at the bar park?

      • They walk home! New England small town, where everything is very tiny and close together.

        • Sure, except that we saw him drive up to his house. But in truth, with the snow that street doesn’t allow parking, except for that one scene in the movie.
