Yes we do, just that we’ll be doing Family Boxing Day things which do not include sloping off on our own to carouse with an international filmi gang. Unfortunately. WE get Christmas Day itself and New Years Day itself off every year. But on years when they are on Saturdays, no days off. And I am so tired and would really really like a day off. But no. Monday will probably be slow at least? I could try scheduling a watchalong for Monday while I am technically at work.

What wahat?!? I have wrapped for three hours after shopping after finishing a run of ten days straight at werk yesterday and now I realise I am but a lady of leisure after all. Can we blame the Puritans? I mean, does Scrooge even come across as being mean to Bob Cratchit over there? I’ll be back home on Monday, about to enjoy my annual leave days between the Christmas and New Year national Days Off.

Americans: We’re CRAZY!!!! My boss in particular is a SUPER nice man, but it just doesn’t occur to him to give us days off. I am so tired and there is no end in sight.
