It was! They brought in Amitabh and promoted him to get the northern audience. But I think it released opposite some Hindi movie I don’t care about, so it couldn’t get as many screens.

It made just a little less than the amount to make it. A flop in terms of money, but yeah if it was released now I think it would be successful.
