Possibly the most tolerable Ranbir has ever been. And Dips is, of course, totally loveable. And Kalki and ARK are FANTASTIC. As is the soundtrack. Oh, it’s on Netflix.
De De Pyaar De
Luv Ranjan feminist film! With Ajay and Rakul Preet Singh and TABU. Tabu, of course, plays the irrisistable sex pot. And it’s a really interesting film over all, I’d love to watch it with you. Oh, and it’s on Hulu/Hotstar with subs.
Dostana
Dostana! Best soundtrack, best story, best everything.

Is Dostana the one with the completely unrealistic portrayal of moving into an apartment? It’s one of my favorite “only in the movies” scene.

I can’t make it, but I’ll throw my hat in the ring anyway. Dostana or DDPD. Mostly because I’m constantly hollering at YJHD as Dips “opens herself to life” about how nobody has noticed the gradual layers in her hair or it getting highlights.
It’s a tiny hill to die on, esp when I usually don’t, but die on it I will.

BWA! Okay, now I can’t enjoy YJHD either because I’ll just be watching for Dips’ Magic Changing Hair. Maybe being outside so much at high altitudes just naturally lightened it?

I like De De Pyaar De, but I’d watch any of them. I barely remember Dostana, and I’m not sure I’ve ever seen YDHD. 😮

I just saw Dostana and don’t feel like watching Ranbir so I vote for DDPD – even though I don’t know if I have hotstar with my Hulu. I’ll figure it out.
