Rain continues in Kerala, John Abraham has canceled success parties for Satyamev Jayate. Sound designer Resul Pookutty who is Malayalam but works in Bombay and is organizing donations from the Hindi industry, tweeted a thank you to Shahrukh and Amitabh, implying that they donated promptly, and silently. Also on his list of thanks, Sonam Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar, Alia Bhatt, AR Rahman, Vidya Balan. None of whom made any public statement or are recorded in any other source as having made donations.

The Nick and Priyanka photos are blowing my mind. I was 100% convinced it was a fauxmance and that nothing was going to come of it. He looks good in the clothing but it looks a little bit like he was photoshopped into a picture he doesn’t belong in. What do you call the shirt and pants

I call it “Salwar Kameez”, but there is probably a more specific term for it.
It’s blowing my mind too, the whole thing is just super strange. Sure, I believe in love and all that, but the 2 month dating period and then a formal Indian style engagement ceremony with his parents but no other relatives is all just strange to me. And if there is a big party, throwing it all together so last minute feels weird too. I mean, it would have to be last minute, right? Because not-last-minute would be like an 8 week lead period, and they weren’t even dating 8 weeks ago.
Maybe she’s pregnant?

If she’s pregnant, it might explain why the movie with Chris Pratt is already delayed. I dislike PC immensely, but I also respect her moxie and good for her for bagging a younger man…and I think think they are probably in love, but like many celebrity romances, I don’t think it will last. Don’t wish them ill or anything, but that’s just how I see it. Now, on the other hand, if Neha and Angad, Saifeena, or Virat and Anushka ever break up, I will be sad because they are all relationship goals!

For me, it is Ranveer-Dips that would break my heart. Somehow those two crazy kids have become my favorite couple and I never never never want them to fall apart.

I promised I won’t comment on Priyanka anymore but I must say, that my first thought when I heard about her leaving Bharat was that she is pregnant. And now seeing PC covering her belly with a dupatta I started be suspicious again. But at least she is smiling! What I found the strangest in their relationship was that they are always so serious on photos.

She’s not pregnant. So, it remains a real mystery what this marriage is about. As I think I’ve said before this puts to rest the whole “I had an affair with SRK” myth. NO ONE who was in love with Shah Rukh Khan could possibly marry Nick Jonas. Also, while I’m being catty, did anyone notice how un A list her engagement party was????

To be fair, it was also weirdly last minute. Even Parineeti had to do a last minute fly in because she was out of town filming. So, even her semi-close relatives had no advance notice. I supposed someone like Aamir could have desperately wanted to be there but just couldn’t make it happen with only a few days notice.
Also, how are you sure she’s not pregnant? Not questioning it, just curious.
