New Bharat Song! Slow-Motion with Disha

Thank you Salman, giving me nice easy content I can throw up on the blog before running out the door to go to work.

One thing that occurs to me as we see more and more of these trailers is that for a movie called “Bharat” it is really quite international. This is the Great Russian Circus, later he will go to the middle east and then end up on a freighter. So the story of India that this film is telling, is a story of Indian people interacting with the greater world.

This song in particular, I don’t have THAT much to say about. It’s fun, it’s colorful, it’s bright and nice. And that’s kind of all it is.

I am assuming that Disha and this whole section is going to be kind of the light fun break in the film, not really plot-y. My guess would be kind of the opening fun happy section, then we move into slightly more serious stuff as he grows up. I wonder if it will be a strictly chronological film or if we will jump back and forth in time periods? That might be cool, kind of a nesting structure, leaving a story halfway and jumping to another one, and then back again.

Oh, and I also really like the color of Disha’s sari. That’s it, now I am out of opinions.

    • I do think! And I also think they have figured out the CGI better for him. I am sure his face and body are softened in some of these sequences, but it is just enough to make him look younger, not enough to make him look like a different person.
