Monday Morning Questions: What Do You Want to Ask Me As Dawdle in a Hotel Room?

Happy Monday! I got within an hour of my sister’s by 9pm last night and we made a decision for me to stay at a hotel within emergency call zone instead of arriving in the middle of bedtime when we are all tired. And now I am relaxing in my big huge hotel bed and thinking “do I really want to leave here and go be beaten up by a 2 year old who is mad at me for not being Mommy?”

Here is where you get to ask me anything you want from “what did you listen to on the drive?” to “are you gonna try to watch a movie with Nephew A?” Just keep swinging back here all week as you think of new questions!

Now, drive report! The first day I was cautious and only made it to Cleveland. Yesterday I was very ambitious and went all the way from Cleveland to Massachusetts. Along the way, I visited 7 states (if you count dipping a mile into Michigan for lunch, and a mile into Connecticut for this hotel). And I have learned that Ohio has the best rest stops, and New York has the worst. Travel is so broadening.

And question for you! What is your favorite Indian driving pump up song?

I still love this one,

  1. You must be really exhausted with all the driving. I feel like you should rest and hope that you don’t have to do an emergency drive to your sisters. My favorite drive song would be a classic item song like Fevicol Se or Shiela ki Jawaani.

Question for you: Kesariya (Bhramastra) has gotten such mixed responses since it released. Whats your opinion on it? The reason for the mixed response is the love storiyan line.

  2. So you are near Providence? (I looked up your route on Google map.) You are a brave woman and I wish you (and your sister, husband and little nephew A) that everything will be fine πŸ™‚

      • But how dare he joke about someone’s mental issues? Even more if it’s about a woman and in India where mental health is a taboo? I never liked Ranbir but was like: why should I care? But here I’m really angry and my anger goes also to Alia who married this douchebag.
Good for Anushka that she mentioned his habits so the interiew couldn’t be aired.
