Monday Morning Questions: What Do You Want to Ask Me the Last Monday Before Halloween?

Happy Monday! I am WORN OUT. Yesterday I went to a pumpkin patch with my friends and their friends and their friends’ 6 year old. Did you know 6 year olds don’t have an off switch? He just kept going and going and going and finally we left at 7:30 and he was still asking to ride the merry go round one more time and/or go on the jump pillow.

Here is where you can ask me anything you want from “what all did you do at the pumpkin patch?” to “are pumpkin’s native to India?” Just keep swinging back here all week as you think of new questions!

In the Shahrukh Vampire movie we all want, what era(s) do we want to see?

I want SRK Victorian Vampire, hot rich Indian dude in Colonial England.

But in all black and with longer hair

And also, SRK 70s Vampire, rich Bombay salon type where movie stars and intellectuals and hippies and royalty all mix together.

But if he was wearing all black

What else?

  1. Well, one of the blessed people in my corner of Twitter did this video edit of Aishwarya and Chiyaan Vikram as if they were in the late 90s/early 2000s romantic comedy and it is so, so beautiful!!! Oh, they are the Jodi I wish had been discovered sooner and this video proves it…now all I can hope for is a romantic comedy/drama some time in the future. I feel like they could have been the SRK and Kajol of Tamil Cinema / the South very easily because their chemistry is just FIRE!!

Yes, this is me insisting people find a copy of Raavanan (Tamil) and watch it for them, also the Khilli Re song from Raavan (Hindi version). Their chemistry really has to be seen to be believed.

Also, I would love to see Shahrukh in a movie set in the 1920s – so I guess that time period.

  3. I would love to see him as a full on Bela Lugosi style Dracula. I think he could do the intensity without making it into a cartoon. I’m not really sure why but I can picture him in that role super clearly.
