Happy Tubelight Week!!!!! I am less excited than I thought I would be, but I think that is just because it is too hot to be excited. Writing all my Tubelight posts is beginning to get me excited though, thinking about all the things it reminds me of and could be related to.
Eid is on a Saturday this year, right? Which is very convenient for me! I can do a Tubelight first day-first show without having to take time off work. Even better, thanks to the time difference and convenience for theater owners, it might be playing in the US on Friday first show at the regular time I would see it anyway!
Happy Memorial Day! I am celebrating by unpacking boxes while a watch a guy set up my internet (because I moved!). And, since I have already worked soooooooooooooo hard this week (12 hours of moving yesterday! And that’s without unpacking a single box, just getting them out and in again), I thought I would throw some of the Monday Morning Questions over to you (although you can still ask me any question you want, of course).
Happy Madhuri’s Birthday again! And Happy Monday! I started the week by waking up at 4:30am (again). 6 more days until my sister comes back from Chennai and my sleep schedule gets back on American time instead of India time!
Happy Sarkar 3 week! I wouldn’t be that excited, except that I like Amit Sadh so much and I am very eager to have this help his career. So, everybody, remember that Sarkar 3 is coming out and look for good reviews that mention Amit Sadh!
Happy May Day! There will be a theme post going up in a little bit. And in addition to May Day, it is also Monday! So, time for questions!
Baahubali 2 is finally here! After such a very very very very very long wait! I am debating whether I spring for the $25 opening week tickets or keep holding off in hopes that the prices drop. In the meantime, distract me with questions!
Happy Day after Easter! I still have a 3rd of a chocolate bunny in the freezer, so the holiday isn’t entirely over yet. Although I do have to go to work today (boo!), so I want your questions to keep me entertained while I am here!
So excited! This Friday I get to go to a massive stadium concert with Arjit Singh! Would be better if it was some handsome actor, but he is pretty much the handsomest of the playback singers, and has an amazing voice, so it’s still pretty good! Anyway, to make the time past faster while I wait for Friday, ask me questions and distract me!
Happy Monday! Time for questions! Hopefully I am less crazy busy at work than I have been the past few weeks and can actually respond promptly. Oh, and don’t worry about the headline if you don’t care about Tamil film. That’s just a way to tell this post apart from all the other Monday Morning posts.
I always get confused, is that saying a prediction? Like, “if March comes in like a lion, it will go out like a lamb”. Or is it just a statement of fact, “March always comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb”? Anyway, it’s kind of true this year! Icky weather at the start of the month complete with snowstorm. And now kind of calm and warming up.
Happy Monday! Time for questions! About anything at all. Including “Hey, how’s your day going? Mine’s terrible, I hate Mondays!”
Is the rest of the world as excited about Badrinath as our little blog community is? I know Karan’s been tweeting like crazy and all that, but Humpty Sharma wasn’t actually THAT successful. Anyway, I know I am excited at least! And that several of the rest of you are too. And here is where you can ask me anything related to Badrinath, or anything else, as we enter the homestretch before release.
Does that heading look like a typo or is it clear? I meant that it is the Monday Morning Questions Post, the week after Rangoon came out and disappointed us utterly. And since it is Monday, it is time for my questions post where we can talk about anything and everything film related.
Monday again, time for questions! Although the questions have slowed a little the past few weeks, I may end up making this more of a every other week thing.
I am traveling once again! But that doesn’t mean you can’t ask me questions! It just means you may have to wait a bit to have them answered.
You don’t have to ask questions about Raees, or related to Raees, or anything. Just wanted something so you could tell this was the most recent Monday post! I bet next week it ends up being something super clever like “first week of February post.” (you can find all the Monday Morning Question posts here)
Just to clarify, you don’t have to ask me something Raees related! That’s just my cheeky title so you can tell this week’s Monday Morning Post apart from all the others. And so I can explain my plan for the week. There are going to be 2 Raees weeks for Monday Morning Questions. Because it’s coming out mid-week, I’ll be starting my traditional 7 days of vaguely related discussion this Wednesday, making today the beginning of my “Raees week”. And then next week is the week it actually comes out, which shall be the second Raees Monday Questions Post. (full list of Monday Morning Question posts available here)
Happy Monday! I am working, unlike 90% of people in America, because it didn’t occur to my boss to give me the day off. This is the curse of working for a small business with no regular Holiday schedule. Of course, the blessing of working for a small business is that I only ever work 8 hours a day and I am home by 5:30 most nights.
I’m not the biggest Salman expert, but I will do my best if you have questions! And by the way, there is a huge 3 part series of 51 facts and videos and photos going up over the next 24 hours. So many questions may be answered, or come up, from that! (Home for the new Monday Morning Questions category is here, you can see them all in one place)
Please don’t ask me any questions about Rajnikanth! I can’t answer them. But it is a big day, and I thought it should be recognized in my Question heading.
