Happy Sunday! It’s overcast and snowy outside and both me and Albie Dog are feeling grumpy. So this film had better live up to it’s feel good rep!
Tara vs Bilal
It’s on Netflix, every DCIBer who’s seen it has given it a good review, I am willing to check it out especially if I have y’all to watch it with me.

At 8am Chicago time, I will put up an “And PLAY” comment and we will go from there!

Just love street photography, totally just a camera and a small crew. Adds such a lovely charm to it, and the realism is so fresh compared to the usual glossy rom-com.

She’s from Kashmir. I can’t imagine that it’s that much colder in London than Kashmir.

She’s probably never been stuck out that late at night though!

And I don’t know what’s in those suitcases exactly, but you’d imagine some of it has got to be layerable clothes!

And if she wore more clothes the suitcase would be lighter and easier to carry! It’s just common sense!

It was the line in there (I can’t remember if it already happened or if it’s coming) where they say something around the lines of “you are going to need a wife to take care of you after us” that annoyed me.

Love how they have a realistic fancy house in London, not the overly large mansion with utterly whitewashed aesthetics kind.

It does confuse me that it’s purportedly in the same neighborhood as the hotel. Their surroundings look very different.

Oh I am sure it is in the same neighbourhood, but just that the hotel is closer to central London, while their house is in the suburbs
