I am currently seeing the world through the lens of “would I be able to get that job?” So this has brought in a whole new aspect to SRK films for me!
I think my top choice would be SRK in Swades. He seemed really passionate about and inspired by his job, respected by his colleagues, and so on and so forth. I would love a job like that! (Yes, the plot of the film is him leaving the job. But we believe in his conflict because we believe he likes the work)
My last choice would be SRK in KKHH. He has to wear formal clothes all the time, and he struggles to balance family and work. No real joy in his job either, just a thing he does.
How about you?

My Top Choice: Chak de India – I love sports & think it was great that as a coach, Kabir Khan, took a disparate group of girls and won the World Championship. And redeemed himself in the process.
Last Choice: Bauua Singh in Zero. Best job he had was a “psychic” type as he could read people’s minds. Last job was in as an astronaut on rocket ship to Mars. Bauua Singh floundered in his relationships and jobs. Last thing I could ever imagine is being on a rocket ship bound for Mars.

My greatest irritation in SRK’s jobs are in KANK where he is a soccer player but is upset he is moving to LONDON because his job would be in danger. This is one thing that pisses me offf soooooo much because he is a football player why would he not prefer to move to London where football is far bigger and he can engage with the sport more. Now moving on.
Best job: I think for me its SRK in dil to pagal hai. He is so in love with his job and totally consumed with it. Obviously its hard but it also seems like he genuinley loves creating those dance shows (never knew what exactly the show was but I think its like broadway).
Worst job: I completely agree with crb1022 that Baua in Zero has a terrible job. He’s supposed to be in a rocket that’s designed for an astronaut and also I’m pretty sure surviving for so many years with that kind of food and shelter is not the best.

No but see, one of the reasons Zero doesn’t make sense is that it only takes ~3 months to get to Mars. Still a terrible job, tho, agreed!

I think I would love to have his job in Dil To Pagan Hai (music director/dancer) and least favorite job would probably be whatever he’s doing in Chalte Chalte (as he was having so many money problems haha).

The cool thing is that I am doing the kind of job SRK has in Swades, which is why it is one of my favorite roles of his and probably the most attractive character to me.
The job I would least like to have is whatever he is doing in Zero and the gangster in Duplicate.

Hmmm…so many choices: radio or TV reporter, beauty product salesman, phone company bureaucrat, garage mechanic, beach psychologist, travel guide, prison guard, multiple gangster, soldier, and movie star options. Given that I’m still head down trying to pull through a project that’s been going for 3 years, the heir to a sweet shop who can run off and have romantic adventures seems most tempting. Least tempting is bomb defuser.
Agree that Swades is a great job option though. I was just thinking the other day how cool it is that they gave him a manager role on a weather monitoring project instead of something stereotypical like rocket scientist.
