I am VERY EXCITED! Soon, I will be stunningly beautiful(er), and also have the eyesight of Superman. Or at least, I will look slightly different to myself when I look in the mirror every morning for a few weeks until I get used to it. Anyway, seemed as good a reason as any to do a songs post in honor of glasses and glasses wearers.

My new glasses are kind of like Rani’s here. Except white with little pink flowers, because I’m girly that way.

I love the notion in KHNH that we never hear why the boy is on crutches, just as we never know why he has a blond streak in Happy new year and when and what the tattoo is in JHMS!! Love that film. In Mohabbatain, SRK wears glasses. Are we only looking for women??

No, but we are trying to avoid too many SRK videos in one post because then people get mad at Margaret (not you, other people).
Still, I put in my favorite SRK glasses, the deleted scene in K3G.

I miss the times when ShahRukh had to use glasses (I loved his TagHeuer’s ones), so I was very happy to see him wearing glasses in Raees 😀

Oh, I don’t know if I like that! I feel like clear frames would be better for him, or square. I love the rest of the look, hair and beard and so on is perfect.

Arjun Kapoor is the only one that looks like the glasses aren’t on his face as a prop.

I think he’s also the only one who actually wore the glasses for most of the movie. So maybe it was just getting habituated to them over the whole shoot, instead of having them dropped on his face just for one song.
