Woot! Sunday WatchAlong!!! Not sure how many people can come this week, I may institute the “if no one is here after 15 minutes I stop” rule. But probably not, y’all always show up for me.

Paagal! It’s on Prime, it’s a cute Telugu rom-com with a happy ending, I see no downside here.

At 11am Chicago time I will put up an “And PLAY!” comment and we will all watch and comment along together from there.

  3. This actress is great! Having just come from Tara in Heropanti where the heroine was confusingly written and she did nothing to help, this actress is making the whole thing work. So clearly that she is actually in love with him and just playing tough.

  6. I love all of this, I just wish the set up was slightly different. Maybe, like she is a sociology student who wants to write a paper on courtship and so agrees to play act a relationship for 6 months. Or she needs money for her wedding dress so agrees to give him love for 6 months in return for money. It would be better if we had both of them start out with it as a game and then change, I think.
