Happy February First! We made it through another month of winter! Boy, this winter is somehow really getting to me. Luckily, I am taking myself on a medicinal trip to sunshine next week, so that should cheer me right up.
This is our weekly discussion area. You can come back here for the next 7 days, tell me about what you just watched, and what you thought, and what you are thinking of watching next, and anything else. If I have something interesting to contribute in response, I will! Otherwise, I hope another commentator sees it and responds better than I could. (I will always respond, of course, but sometimes it might just be “wow, sounds great!”)
Second week for this, and I think it is going well so far! This is just a general discussion area, for movies you are watching this week, or thinking about, or want to know if anyone else has seen, or really anything at all! I will, of course, chime in with my thoughts and suggestions and opinions, because I just can’t help myself.
Molly in comments, and also Ryan C lately, have been keeping me up to date on what they have been watching and doing and thinking about as they dive into these movies. Super fun for me! I’m learning new things from them, and seeing old familiar films with new eyes. And so, to make it a little easier so we don’t have to keep hoping post to post with their reports and my responses, I am putting up a new area just to talk about the films you are watching. Also, this now means I have a regular scheduled post for every weekday (Monday Questions, Tuesday and Thursday 101, and TGIF photos). Yay! No more need for originality
