Happy Friday! And also, Happy Good Friday!!! Easter this Sunday, which I will celebrate in my traditional style, by cleaning and eating a chocolate bunny. And by putting up this theme post. One of the best old classics, and also a very Easter-y plot.
This was fast! Although, it seems like they are often fast, the funeral happening shortly after the death. And it all happened while I was asleep, of course. So here I am writing about her death, and the funeral is already over. And the twitter messages too.
Okay, after all of the boring place setting stuff to get us into the second half, we finally have a really meaty scene! And it’s also the scene that illustrates the alternative theory of the film. The surface obvious theory, the one that all the critics talk about and so on, is the resolution of the NRI identity/tragedy of the immigrant theory.
