My company is switching payment systems blah blah blah, the end result is that I have to reenter and check data for 400 separate accounts. It’s very dull, but at the same time I have to stay focused and make sure I am accurate. So I am pulling out the super super good extra best songs play list that will keep me happy and energized. The songs I save as a special treat for when I really need a mood lifter.
I’m having another traveling day today. Which means my official “vacation” is over. But not really, because all I wanted to do was read for pleasure without feeling guilty about it. Attakathi, Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya, Premam, and now this, they all have very similar content, the kind of content I don’t really see in American film, or even in Hindi films that much. The struggles and pain of being in love, and not being of an age for it. It isn’t something American movies deal with, maybe because it isn’t an issue in the same way in America? At least, not any more.
