Just got home, haven’t really replayed it over in my head yet, still trying to shake out everything I saw and how it all fit together. But I think I can at least give you some things to think about while you are watching it for the first time.
I can’t resist joining in, even though I can’t actually watch the film (stupid job!). So I am going to put up a post at the exact second that Baahubali 2 starts running all over the world, from the Chicago suburbs to the Bombay movie palaces.
Happy 24 hours to Baahubali! I have my tickets already, super expensive but I decided it was worth it.
Baahubali 2 is finally here! After such a very very very very very long wait! I am debating whether I spring for the $25 opening week tickets or keep holding off in hopes that the prices drop. In the meantime, distract me with questions!
I went from “women fighting” to “women with phallic symbols” to “women with swords” to “well, that’s not fair, I’ll throw in some men too!” And now here we are.
Hey, it’s Prabhas’ birthday! I’ll have to put up a post about it in a second. But, more importantly, his birthday present is a first look at Baahubali 2! So, let’s see what we can somehow discern from it.
